Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
A cajun classic, made from scratch from our family recipe, chicken pieces, smoked andouille sausage, onions, celery, bell peppers, butter, salt, garlic, cajun seasonings, long grain rice, and chicken stock. All these ingredients are slow cooked in our steam kettles and then hand packed into boil bags. You will receive a 2 lbs. bag, all you have to do is place the bag of jambalaya in the pot, cover with water, boil for 10 to 15 minutes, remove the bag, carefully cut the bag open, and pour into your favorite serving bowl. You will receive enough jambalaya to feed 4 - 6 adults depending on the serving size. Made by cajuns in South Louisiana, it doesn't get more authentic than this !!!
